1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Judgeless (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Judgeless provides a private digital writing space and, for authorized care professionals, a planning and reporting tool for ambulatory care services. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. User accounts

Access to the planning tool requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the AI text expansion feature, you grant us permission to process your content through third-party AI services solely for the purpose of generating expanded text.

6. Confidentiality

The planning tool may contain sensitive information about care recipients. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and Dutch healthcare privacy laws) when using the Service in a professional context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Judgeless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
