• Planning entries, notes, and reports you create

• No data is shared with or sold to third parties
• No behavioral profiling

Data storage

All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) for all connections. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

AI processing

When you use the AI text expansion feature, your notes are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing. This data is used solely for generating the expanded text and is not stored by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
